Unlike some other older homes, this house is well insulated so you can have the best of both worlds, stay in an original 19th century farmhouse but with modern comfort. It's super quiet, tons of outdoor space for the kids to run around with local farms selling great produces (make sure to check out la Fromagerie D'Eugénie nearby).
Agnes was so friendly and sweet , very responsive and helpful in providing perfect directions, and was a pleasure to get to know. Her two dogs are adorable as well and our kids had a blast walking with her around the grounds and feeding the chickens. We all had plenty of room to sleep comfortably and the big bathroom was relaxing (great shower!).

We have lived in Norfolk for many years but we moved to Wells next the Sea in Feb 2018 and took over The Cobblers. The house is Victorian and has been adapted over the years into a B&B. We love a project, so we are enjoying updating the property (which will take a few years).

It is really well situated( 2 minutes walking from the rio formosa but renting a car is necessary to discover more landscapes ) and a quiet place. You can go to spain by car within 30 minutes (1h40 from sevilla).
Free water/waste (although the 2002 book says a jeton is required). Very popular, especially on weekends, but is quiet overnight. Lovely town in pretty location with coastal walks (lots of wartime defences to explore) also good for birdwatchers. Max 24 hours, but no problem staying longer, open all year. ET. (Sept, 2002). They live on site year around. Turku archipelago in Southwest Finland is well known place to spend summer. Very well presented cottage with all amenities you need. Kitchen is fully equipped, Bathroom with nice hot water, Hair dryer, towels etc, overall very Comfortable , very Warm and a beautiful outside Hot-Tub SPA aswell. Location is perfect as there's a lot to explore around the property.
